I have seen and noticed many a people though they know they are lying in a given moment, make themselves believe that they are speaking truth.

i agree with sandwegde...i know a guy who is a compulsive liar, and he's told his lies so much that you really have to get to know him to realize that its all bullshit. On the other hand, some people just have good poker faces.

good poker face is a good thing to have. might save the person's life one day. but in order to have agood poker face, the person must belive the lie first before expecting others to believe.

I had a friend who was a compulsive liar and she really wanted her fantasy and lies to be real. Some people are just not satisfied with themselves, their lives and want to believe in their lies because then its more real to them than the truth. Some people just can't handle the truth.
