Snoring...Anyone here has this problem?

Hi friends..My husband has this snoring problem for the past 6 years, and whenever i tell him that hes snoring and its making me lose my sleep..he thinks that im joking,,once i recorded on video and showed to him his snoring problem..he still refuses to believe it and said i tampered with the video..
why do ppl snore? some say after hard days work they fell extremely others say its ur sleeping position..
Does anyone know? Or anyone has this problem?

I have this problem. My husband and I don't even sleep together because of this. Is he overweight? Some say it's because of that and he could have sleep apnea. Have you tried the breath right strips? That does help open up the passage ways. It can be if he is sleeping on his back. Several things can cause it.
