Pet Food Recalls: Not Just For Cats And Dogs

With the new recent scare about further pet food contamination, I did a further hunt around...it seems that pet food recalls aren't just limited to cats and dogs, but food for ferrets, fish feed and livestock...

This link which is a real lengthy one also shows how fish feed for both aquarium fish and the feed for farm fish "may" be contaminated--it states maybe only farm fish raised in Oregon...but who knows??

Just what is going on here? Next thing they'll be saying food for pet birds is contaminated

It seems to weird that so many different types of pet foods are contaminated...I happen to know someone with ferrets

This is just crazy. Amazing that I have not messed up buying food. I hope it doesnt lead to birds. I have birds, dogs and cats. I am always making sure I keep updated on the list of recalled food to make sure I don't give it to my babies. Thank you for showing me new stuff though. Much appreciated. How are ya pye? It's like what next??? And why all of a sudden in a few months time all this is happening? I'm fine...just concerned with all this crap going on--gets one paranoid about what to feed pets in general nowadays

thanks so much for posting this.I wasn't aware that effected other pets as well.I thought it was only cats and dogs. it's a shame people can't even feed their pets nowadays without worrying about them being sickened

Getting worse and worse all the time...makes me wonder if the contamination may be induced or man made or possibly a hoax to see what happens. Makes you wonder what you can believe.

Seems everything is contaminated lately --even people food
