PayPal buying problem?

I have an unverified PayPal account. Just so you people know, you can still make purchases with and online PayPal account. The other day I tried buying something off the internet using PayPal. The Payment info comes up on PayPal and tells me that I've exceeded my sending limit. They want me to get verified by adding a bank account but I can't do so. Any help?

yes, get verified.. that is only way really that you will be able to buy anything,especially if you exceeded your limit. try this.. I am signed up with ingdirect.com its an savings account online. I have them as my banking account on my paypal account for now. You only have to have an $1 to open it.I used my husbands account to open it.
