What do you do to get yourself out of a depressed mood?

I now think of my son and wife.
Before I pretty much lost it. I had a very hard time dealing with the loss my still born daughter, always thought that I'd never be happy but I am. Strangely I take comfort from knowing my grandfather would be looking after her and that way (she know we loved her)

oh that is a hard one . It depends on the severity of the depression . It is just one of the blue days, a good distraction like hugging my puppy , and spending time with cats can cheer me up Sometimes getting out of the house for a walk, going to a movie, going to see a friend will help. If it s a really bad on going thing then I tend to close the door,draw the blinds and go to bed

I normally listen to my favorite music,call some friends/family or take a bubble bath.If i do atleast one of those things i feel much better.

i usually go to sleep or my friends when i get depressed so that ican forget about my depression
