What is your opinion on teens becoming parents?

I think that it would be very difficult to be a good parent because you generally do not have much money saved up to live off of, so you would be working most of the time. You wouldnt be able to spend as much time with your kid as you should. That's just how I see the situation...I dont have any personal experience but would love to hear about it if someone did...

I started this discussion because I am 24 and have 3 children ages 9,4,and 2.5 years I have been w/ my hubby since I was 13 and I do think it is very possible, however, I believe it all depends on how well the teen can mature in such a short amount of time and continue to go to school and do the things that will make their childs life better..

It's not impossible to be a teen parent. The thing is, it is really hard to do. It's difficult in such a way that there are still other things that one should take into account. I would say, they are not ready to be but have been indulged with dating and of relationship.

well it really depends. some teens do some dont. it really depends on the teen parent if she or he can take care of their chid. for more opinion you can ask you friends who have chikdren for advice.
