I applied for a job today

While my daughter was at the job agency today she found a job that both her and I might be interested in.I am so desperate to find a job.The job is a tele marketing job for charities.The agency advertising the job rang both of us up and said that they will forward our resumes to the company.Now we are both waiting to see if we will get a job interview.Please keep your fingers crossed for us.The job is part-time to start with but may become full-time.

Good luck with your job. My granddaughter just got a job a week ago with the tele marketing and she liked it very much so far. She does get some rude people, but thats part of the job.

it sounds good hope you get it make sure you get a salary or hourly pay because alot of people try to rip off with commission only i am a manger of one firm and know all bout telemarketing agencys and recently had one part time that was very wrong

Well they rang both of us and we had a twenty minute phone interview.Now we have to go through their interview process which is five days each four hours to learn the job and see how we go with people on the phone.Then after all that we will find out if we are successful or not.

Good luck with the job hunting.
It would be good if you and your daughter could both work there, and earn some money.
If you are doing tele-marketing, be aware that not all people will respond in a positive way to your calls.

Yeah,I'm well aware that some people won't appreciate my calls.Not really looking forward to that but as you know I have been unemployed for a long time. I have fallen behind on my mortgage payments,which is really scary considering I've only had my house for six months.Thanks for the good luck.Hugs and kisses back to you.

It is good for you and your daughter. I understand how difficult it is to look for a job nowadays. Since you don't have choice, I think it is a good decision to apply whatever job available for you. Yes, I will cross my fingers for you and hope that you will hear some good news in a near future. Good luck to both of you!
