At what age do you find appropriate for drinking?

Is under age drinking out of control. Is it our society that makes it so good/bad? Or is it the parents fault for not keeping kids under control?

Personally, I think it's okay to start drinking if you're responsible enough to know your limits. So maybe, the age of majority or above would do.
