As your age,you lose the power to focus your eyes,a problem commonly known as eyestrain. It's a gradual process that happens to everyone and younger people who spend long hours in front of the computer aren't immune. So,what did you do to ease the strain?.For me,when i'm in front of my computer for about 45 to 60 minutes,i'll take a break or take a rest. How about you?

Overuse is often a trap for the very competitive, capable, motivated, eager for success. I know there are good and will always be first.
And so life becomes a constant race successes behind us, leaving time to enjoy those already made??. This brings me to ruin health and destroy relationships with loved ones and ultimately found not to have resources to enjoy what they have achieved by making many sacrifices.
Therefore, better would be to always keep a measure from the moments just takes some overload and aware that we should reserve for rest and savor the joy of success resulting from a sustained effort.
The greatest stress, strain, not infrequently, coupled with conflicts, appear to work. With colleagues or superiors.
In such a situation, we have two alternatives: if they are right it is worth making efforts to transform us to become truly capable of new professional and personal performance, understanding and tolerance. If they are right and only make use of circumstances, situations, circumstances in order to download failures, problems, personal frustration is good to have a dignified attitude and not let ourselves trampled. For he always finds a worthy place to put their skills to serve others.
