free postgraduate education?

i am just wonder whether are there any country offer a free postgraduate education?

Hello gscs1838 Maybe some country offer that to selected people. But I heard that many foundation had scholarship for talented person not matter the rich or poor as long as they are smart and qualified, they will give the scholarship, and the give for all range and in different level education. Free education is not a problem.. but no value for the education.. but poor people only benefit this....

i don't think that free education is like cheap and no value. they are getting the same certificate. yes! free education will be more benefits to those who are no affort. i mean everybody should have a fair education. sadly, my country do apply quota in education...
