What Do u Like to eat for your breakfast

As i eat mostly as home parathas n milk or at office i eat maggiee or biscits n milk but than to i feel i m not putting my weigth Pls suggest to me what should i eat to put up my weight As i m veg pur shakahari

Aviod Paranthas and take skimmed milk. Also do not go for Maggi or biscuits. (Pl. Paranthay mat khao......bina ghee ki 'chapati' khaya karo) and go for a morning walk daily. Deepika,I am really very sorry and regret sincerely that in my hurry to post my reply....I took the question other way round. Please igonore my reply. So if you have to put on weight please continue to eat Paranthas with dollops of butter and 'MALAI' (if you like Malai), take full cream milk....and eat bananas regularly. But you know some persons are so structured by God, even if they take plenty of fats and other such things...they do not gain weight. Even after taking all the fatty things...you are not putting on weight...then it would be better to consult a doctor and get yourself checked up thoroghly. deepak

Hi deepika_mona. In my breakfast, I usually eat breads at least three to four pieces with cream cheese fillings. Sometimes, I used to eat rice with fried eggs or cereal corn flakes in the morning. Of course, my breakfast will be incomplete without drinking a cup of hot chocolate or tea. That’s it. Have a nice day and God speed!

I eat either Special K ceareal with red berries or oatmeal with applesauce. I always eat breakfast because I feel it is the most important meal of the day. Every morning I also eat fig bars with my breakfast and a glass of either water or juice.

i love eating bread for my breakfast..with egg or peanut butter..yum!yum!and i love drinking hot choco..with that,my morning is totally complete!

Since I am a south Indian, I mostly eat all south indian delicacies like idli, dosa, appam etc for breakfast.. Once in a while I eat bread, butter and egg also

enjoy with your breakfast smoothie or milkshake drinks or yogurt with fruits. for vegetarian you can enjoy pasta with tomato sauce and tofu with a load of mozzarella cheese. if you wanna gain weight so have the choice of foods like whole milk, then add some cream in your pasta other sauce varieties, snacks with ice cream or chocolate cake or vegetable sticks with a thousand island dressing or the caesars. always enjoy a pack of trail mix as well for some protein source.

For breakfast i eat "puttu" with bananas or 'kadala'curry...that is my favorite..."Uppuma" with banana is another fav choice of mine...then Dosa,masala dosa,Idli,Oothapam...i like the varieties too...hey deepika if you wanna put up weight the only thing u have to do is eat more...take more side dishes...don't worry about being vegetarian...eat curd for lunch if u can ..it will certainly help in gaining weight...And i find your request somewhat strange because most girls want to reduce their weight while you are requesting the opposite...lol..glad to meet a south indian

Have an apple 2 Eggs 2 toast with butter large glass of milk or banana shake is best this can be a perfect breakfast ............ but don't forget to have lunch and evenings short meal can helps more it might be half of breakfast in quantity or fried potatoes will be the best ..........
