Do you feel guilty when you will rest or have "fun time"?

It's a sign of stress actually wherein you do not anymore allow yourself to rest and take things one at a time.

take now for example,after work,I do not want to stay at home to study,I just want to go out to play or go shopping.but after doing that,I feel that I have wasted some time that I feel guity.maybe it is a symbol of stress,I really need a relaxation.

Sometimes i did. That happened when I have a lot of things that i want in my life, and I just don't have enough money to do that. That make me stressed, and I felt like i don't want to rest, just find a way to create money here and there. But sometimes when I didn't think of that, I want to have a rest and have a little fun.
