am sure all of you have heard of the dubai boom, the properties being advertised, the tourism industry expanding and so on.
what do YOU think about investing in dubai. of course i have to borrow a loan from a bank and invest in an apartment - just thinking, would it be wise?
do you think the property value there will appreciate? do you foresee any danger - nature's like a cyclone or tsunami, or manmade like attacks or disturbances?
yes, it is a risk if i do so because i have many commitments right now : my child's education - i have to get ready to pay for the university studies, a professional course. and i have to buy a place to stay in since i don't own a house or flat yet.
do advise me with your opinion, what you think about the present situation.
thank you

We don't know what the future holds, so I'd advice to only invest as much as you can afford to lose. That does not sound like much right now. Be careful of overextending yourself.
