Can anyone provide me the details of paypal account? how it works? what are the benefits of it etc? is it like a savings account? can we get debit/credit cards?

I have a paypal debt card myself. They come in handy when you have made money online with it.

It is like a savings account, and in some countries you can get a Debit Card. Im in the US and do have both a PayPal Account and a Debit card. Its great for use of the electronic transfer of money from one person to another. I believe you do need another bank account to attach to to start with.
