Quick Agloco Tip / myLot

I've heard some people say that they have trouble logging into the aglogo view bar with the message, "Login failed". My mother just signed up for agloco and she was having this problem too. I noticed that she tried to login to the viewbar using the email address she signed up with. That's not going to work. You need to use the user ID they gave you, that odd combo of letters and numbers thing. Thanks for your sugestion, i've also tried this method, logging in using my AGLOCO ID (ex. BBBD6371) but received nothing but that pesky "Login Failed" message :(

Still getting the error with your agloco id? Well maybe the site is still really busy because everyone is rushing to download the software. Hopefully you'll be able to login soon. Just keep trying.

Ok seems I was wrong. My mother was still having trouble when using the Agloco ID. Then she realized that the passwords are case sensitive and that her password was supposed to be uppercase and she had typed it in lowercase.

the server is just very busy. i always login with small letters and it always gets accepted.
