Do you have a collection of anything or are you building one?

Lots of people collect things. Do you collect anything or are making a collection, it could be cars, toys, crafts or ornaments, magazines. I started a collection of badges, I have 50 badges so far. I love badges and am always buying them. Not many some have 1000's in their collection. I'd like to collect something I can remember. Does your collection mean anything to you? It'd be interesting to know. I'm not a very good collector any ideas?

Some of the things I collect are "virtual".... not items that take up space... just space on the computer. And the other things are things that I use and enjoy in everyday life... like, my things being a collection, I guess.

hey great you should keep collecting and look after them i heard that stamps are very valuable. i dont know much about collecting coins though. i know gold and silver coins are popular at the moment, maybe old coins from different countries or limited edition coins that sometimes come out and then die out

My sister and i used to collect candles. They're really interesting to collect.. the different colors, shapes, sizes and scents. My parents used to travel alot and bought all sorts of candles for us. Until there was a time when my sister went out of state to further our studies, the people back at home lit them whenever the electricity went out. They didn't light all, but it did put a damper on our collection that we sorta just left it for a while. I might pick it up again soon.. My mom collects shells and teapots. Her shells are deep sea shells that she gets from a dealer. Not the standard ones that you can pick up by the beach. But it gets kinda boring, for me.

I love nauticals! I don't have a huge collection, but I have some and I truly enjoy them. I also love Winnie the Pooh and anything purple!!! I try not to go overboard, but the few items that I have, I hold dear to my heart.

great sounds different but im not sure what you mean by nauticals. you must have a lot of purple items and winnie the pooh in your collection

I collect angel figurines. I started years ago buying angels as Christmas tree ornaments, then buying what I liked. Now I have enough to decorate a Christmas tree in nothing but angels. I keep a bunch out all year round, rotating them to enjoy them. I couldn't get my picture to upload, so I will have to try again later.

I used to collect stamps and postcards. I did that for many years and then I got fed up and stopped. I gave all my collection to my sister and nephew. I had a big collection. My brother went to study for few years in Moscow and he sent me a lot of stamps. Now I don't know what happened to it as I totally forgot about it. I am not a good collector either. If I am I would have kept my collections. I hope you will continue and never stop your collection. Good luck!
