sushi

I always wanted to make sushi at home but was never able to find the things you need. I can't find seaweed or the rolling mat anywhere. Does anyone have suggestions on where to look because now i'm in the mood for sushi because it's so good!

I love sushi, the vegetarian kind only since I do not eat meat. For my birthday someone gave me a sushi kit which I have used once so far. It was fun learning the involved steps of preparing the rice! Various heating, cooling, mixing with vinegar processes. Since it was a kit, I had easy to follow directions and all the ingredients available. I definitely recommend a store bought kit for someone who has never made sushi before, so easy to use!

I've tried it before and I liked it but it's not something that I would eat all the time.
