How many of U get Irritated by your Boss at Work ???????

mine's actually quite a nice well educated, good matter man, just being lucky

Im lucky that I dont have any problem with my boss so far and expect that it will continue for ever. I have the character, by birth, to maintain a good relationship with almost everyone I have met so far. With that, I have a very good relationship with my boss and my colleagues. Even my boss is so considerate about my personal feeling and dont press me for doing the work at odd hours. I still have a very good relationship with my ex-bosses too, that still they give me a call or I give them a call very often. It feels really good to have a good relationship with the people around , especially with the friends and families.

Hello arunbongale I was irritated by my boss until I decided to resign and find a better boss. My boss are really workaholic, they ( I have 2 bosses) don't want their staff take a rest even for lunch. One day when in lunch time and I tried to eat my first spoon, they suddenly come and ask me for meeting. They saw that I am eating my lunch at my desk ( I still have work to do at that time). I really can't do anything and thinking how cruel he is, I was eating in lunch time and they want to get meeting in the middle of my lunch. If one day I am a boss I will never do that to my staff.
