The other day i terribly threw up after drinking a lot with little food in stomach.it was totally a nightmare!i think i am still a little scared of alcohol now when i turn back to the experience.i was so thrown up and weak that i could hardly move out of bathroom!i dont know if you guys feel this bad when you get drunk.it took more than 12 hours for me to recover.maybe you get over the drunk feeling quickly and then go on to drink?or you do anything to make yourselves better apart from sleeping and drinking mass of water?i need some suggestions so that next time(who knows when i have to be drunk again)i can handle the situation better.thanks a lot!

Drinking may be fun, but not what happens later. So try not to drink lol. But throwing up would mean that you really drink more than your threshold level. In future, you might want to stop drinking way before you got to that stage. :P

Back in my early 20' when I was frinking a lot and partying I would pretty much spend the entire weekend drunk but never really got hungover. Now I rarely drink and when I do have too much, like you, I feel horrible the entire next day...the only thibg I can suggest that helps a little is to drink a couple of glasses of water before you go to bed...kills the hangover a little

i have a poem in answer to this :- I read this in the paper, And it really made me think; That a quarter of all road accidents Can be blamed... directly... on drink. Now statistics, they tell you, will never lie, But be wary of how they're used; You need your wits about you, It's easy to get confused. If a quarter of accidents are had by drunks, Then sober people have all the rest; That's 75% if I'm not mistaken, ... (My maths never were the best). But I'm not entirely stupid, And I plan to stay alive; So I'm gonna start driving drunk, I'm three times more likely to survive. but it just a funny poem don take it seriously.........cheers

I think the best suggestion would be to quit drinking or learn what your limit is if you can't/won't quit. Years ago I learned that if I drink until I get drunk I will end up on the bathroom floor in the end and I don't ever want to go through that again. I know I can have two drinks at the most and if I'm in a social situation I will nurse them and then change to water with lemon or a ginger ale.

neither do i want to go through that again.i mean being drunk to throw up.4 or 5 or more drinks is fine with me if i have enough food beforehand.eating little was the main reason i got that drunk i think.:)
