what are graduation gifts that you received?

i will be graduating from college this sat. i asked my mom to give me a car, but it turned out we dont have much money because she spent it all on her europe trip. Im so frustrated. I dnt know if i will get anything from anyone....sigh. what about you? did u receive any gift when u graduated high school? college?

When I graduated, I just got money from people for gifts. I didn't mind of course, cause I'd just as soon get cash so that I can spend it however I want! :)

When I graduated HS, I got $20 and a CD Discman. Almost everything I have, I have earned and purchased--Seems to make it more mine then ....
