I usually tell people that I'm a mermaid everytime they ask about my hobbies
or if I know how to swim. Yes I am like a mermaid minus the tail and scales,
because I really do love the water and moving in it gives a different kind
of relaxation.
there are numbers of reasons why you should love to swim:
1. Survival- you will never know when you will actually use your
swimming skills. Accidents or trageies may happen,
and what if you happen to be on a sinking ship or seeing a drowning person?
You have a better chance of surviving or help save somebody else's! hero!
2. Job Opportunities- not all jobs will require swimming skills,
but there are some that really does, for example, being a flight attendant.
Wouldn't you feel bad if you didn't get your dream job just because you don't
know how to swim?
3. Exercise/getting in shape- wouldn't you just envy those people who's got that toned bodylicious structure? Swimming is one of the ways that can help
you really get in shape and make you looking healthy of course.
Feeling your muscles with every stroke that you make and knowing that it is
totally doing great things for your body is really amazing.
4. Fun and relaxation- what else could you ask for in an activity that will
help you get in shape, help you feel refresh in a very warm day, allows you
to save people's lives, make you strong, make you feel llike a hottie,
plus could make you have fun and gives you the relaxation that you need
when you feel so stressed out!
yeah, so that's what I basically do when I am about to burst from being
stessed. i just float around and feel the calm water... gives me peace of mind.
there are definitely more reasons why we should love to swim,
but I'll be leaving those additional information with you guys.
Feel free!

I love to swim too. It's a great way to refresh on a hot day. It's also a lot of fun or can be very relaxing. As you mentioned, it is a great source of exercise as well. I have always enjoyed swimming whether in a lake, ocean, or pool.
