Gibbs to Toyota

Hendricks said no room at the inn. Jr was suppose to go to Gibbs, but said he wouldn't if they were going to Toyota. Jr is going to HMS. So does that mean Gibbs is going to Toyota?

I don't think Toyota is far enough along for Gibbs to switch any time soon. Gibbs said he didn't want Jr. because Budweiser would be coming along and as a devout Christian, Bud sponsorship didn't fit their team.

I've no doubt Toyota will get good. Unfortunately for them, NASCAR knows how to change the rules at the drop of a hat to keep them from becoming dominant.

Now that France Jr is gone there might be a chance to keep a stable set of rules... If all was fair in NASCAR then the Toyota teams would of been able to bring some of their truck series bits into Winston cup. Not sure if NASCAR is trying to be a soap opera or wrestling or what happens when the two collide...
