Ok, so HIV/AIDS isn't a "Gay" Disease...

But how much less of a health threat would it be if those who participated in high risk behaviors ceased to? I know there are other high risk behaviors for other diseases, but we are always being told we should cease, or at least cut down on those.

HIV/AIDS is definitly a sexually transmitted disease. Want to see what happens when it isn't transmitted by homosexuals? Look at Africa.

What is happening in Africa is definitely interesting (from a epidemiology standpoint). HIV/AIDS is rampant there, for reasons very different than most the rest of the world. I wonder if there have been any good studies about the demographics of victims there.
