Should we be able to delete our discussions or comment in them?

I agree, I think it would make it easier to be able to delete comments that could be offensive to other people, or even you. Instead of deleting the entire discussion, it would be better to delete the one commment thats offending. I also agree on the old topics, we should be able to delete them as well. =)

Yes I totally agree, I've never understood why we were never able to do that in the first place but who knows, maybe they'll change that later. I have a couple of discussions also that have no responses at all and I'd like to delete them but that doesn't bother me too much. I just wish we could delete a mistake we made or a discussion that has an offensive response.

I think deleting discussions wouldn't hurt any, but I don't think we should delete the comments.

Well I haven't really had anyone leave me offending comments, but I don't start that many discussions anymore. But I do have quite a few discussions that have no responses and I wish I could delete them. The discussions are doing me no good, I haven't earned anything from them seeing that no one has responded to them. To me it is wasting space for them to be there. So, yes I wish we did have the feature to be able to delete our own discussions or comments in the discussion that are offending. But I am not sure if mylot will give us this feature.

i don't know wether we sould be allowed to somment in our discussion or not but i think taht we should be able to delete or do aome changes after posting our discussion!!

It would be a good idea if we have this option of deleting unwanted or offending comments. This way we can avoid bad offending comments from showing up.

They should allow us to delete our discussions or comments if the latter is disgusting. And certainly myLot should have the ability to remove that bad comment. Also if there has been no response for a while, we should have the ability to remove our topic since either no one is interested or the person who would be interested would be branded as someone not nice or the topic appeals to nobody.

From another forum I used to be on, we could delete our own discussion or edit them. I know there have been times that I wished I could go in and edit either a discussion of mine or a reply. Anything you typed yourself over there could be editted. Which was great if you had a typo or just something extra ytou wanted to add onto a discussion. I really wish they'd incorporate that here somehow.

I agree totally. But it will never happen as it leaves the system open to abuse. If you need any help with unresolved discussions, why not IM a few friends with links to them. Am sure one of them would oblige! LOL

I do agree that maybe we should have the capability to delete a double post that we may have accidently posted as that has happened to me at times...but no..I think I'm going to be the first to disagree about deleting say rude remarks, or entire old discussions of ours....I say this because people may lose money from deleted posts or discussions...people complain enough about how they lose points or money from deleted posts/discussions as it is--also, say a person makes a really offensive remark to your discussion, and you delete it...if the person has a nasty mind about it, they might start hunting down any responses you have made in their discussions and delete them....I think you'd have an almost outright war going on here It's usually up to MyLot to do the deletion of an offensive response, but I'm surprised when you mentioned this to them that they deleted the whole discussion...they usually don't affect the whole topic, just the offensive response

yes even i agree because i have an old topic and no replys yet but i cant delete it it would be more stabled if they could enable this feature, but anyway who is the admin because in other forums i have seen admin an there reply to your posts sometimes but i havnt seen any adins in mylot, could we request the admin if he could enable this feature if he dont mind. but its still good.
