How many times do you format your PC?

there so danger to it.. co'z if theres danger.. mybe the computer we had at home is already history.. hehehehe.. co'z sometimes in a month i reformat it for 4 to 3 times..

well you could damage your hard disk doing it, but I never have a problem doing it, actually I have formated my computer several times and nothing bad happened. actually I am using a program that create a image of the whole partition like a backup and it take few minutes to restore your operating system, it work making a copy of a partition and when you want to restore it is easy and more faster that format and you got the same. Don't worry about format your computer if you do it correctly there is nothing bad but take care and never do it when you think you would get a outage.

well their is no problem in formating your system but u have chances in loosing all the documents what all you have stored in the main drive as if you are a expert then u will be knowing wat are the files importance n how can u protect them by saving them or else every thing gets washed away...

I used to do a lot of formatting in my earlier stages when I dont know about the Computers and I have some problems with that. But now, i can solve most of my problems myself, I dont do formatting at all now. I have heard that Formatting may develop Bad Sectors in your hard Drive, but not sure though. Just check it out. BTW, why do you want to format these many times, though ? You can always solve your problem using System Restore Option , if you use Windows XP ...
