Here is one I did a few years ago. Buy some craft paint and let the kids put both of there hand prints on a new white T-shirt. Then write on it, "Give the world's #1 Dad a hand". Then he has something to where on Father's day. It's sounds corny, but my husband loved it.

Let's see. How about a placemat? My son made me one for mothers day (he's pre-k). It was a big piece of construction paper, and on it, it had his view on facts about me.
It says my mom at the top, and under it there was a questionaire.lol
My mom's name
My mom's age
My moms favorite color
My moms favorite food
My moms favorite tv show
My favorite thing my mom does with me
and you laminate the top so that it can actually be used. My boy drew a picture of me on it to, and you could just switch the names so it was all dad stuff.
My older son is making a pencil holder out of a can at school.
Those are just a couple, but I loved the placemat :) hope it helps!
