Everyone knows smoking is bad for your health.Smoking is bad not only for smoker, but also for non-smokers, especially women and children.Do you smoke?Are you going to give up smoking?What's the best way to stop smoking?

I am a girl and I do not smoke because I am conserved and I know it is not good to my health.my colleagues all smoke in my office and I want to know how to stop them from smoking.
