F4 is now JVKV

Last April 29, 2007, the producer of Meteor Garden, Angie Chai announced that the group (F4) will no longer be known as F4. The change in name stems from copyright-related issues. Japanese publisher Shueisha, who owns the copyright to Boys Over Flowers allowed the group to use F4 as its band name in 2001. However, as Japan has filmed and aired its own live action versions of the popular manga, with its own cast of four,the publisher feels that there may be confusion over the name in different countries.
By the way, JVKV means Jerry, Vanness, Ken and Vic.
Is it ok for you to changed their group to JVKV just because of the copyright issue? Do you think JVKV will succeed more than being F4 since they used it for Meteor Garden only.

When I heard that news of course I do feel sad because ever since Meteor Garden started F4 is their real name we are used to call them, cheer for them shouting their name F4, F4, F4. And i think it is not a big deal if they are still using F4 as their name. But what can we do, F4 or JVKV still they are the same people, faces we truly love, admire and idolize. For me I will still be there supporting and cheering for them. I will still be there number one fan here in the Phils. So i suggest lets continue to support them its just the name that was changed not the persons, faces itself.
Am i right?

I would prefer them known as F4 because JVKV name like they seem like want to copy the group in japan...dun like ppl say them is copy cat ....hate the japanese group...

It doesnt matter to me what name they are having now. i guess it is also nice that they are back together! i missed them a lot and sure would want to see them together in a show or have an album and music video together.
I think they have gone through a lot of criticisms too in the past but they are still ok and was also doing good as individuals.
Whether f4 or jvkv, i still support them.

I think no matter how they would changed its name they would still be associated with F4 because a lot of people knows there name already. But since almost all of there fans knows them by name already it doesnt matter if there is some changes with its name already. JVKV will always be F4 ..

no matter what... i still love them.. i think that they will succeed coz as individual they are successful...
