What kind of relationship with your neighbour?

i have some neighbors who are very annoying. i have already constructed a tall wallfence at the boundary, yet they will really love to do some mischief. they will throw their garbage over the wall to us by using a ladder. now, they have constructed somethng to climb up on on a more permanent structure. as of now, we are thinking of having a taller fence yet. as for the other lot which is also at our back, we will have to buy the place. i hope that they will be selling it when we will have saved enough money for it. they will climb the wall fence because the will steal our things and some fruits and vegetables, too.

I have actually been living in this apartment building for over a year and I have yet to meet really anyone in here. I just past by them in the hallway and say HI or something but that's it

One of my neighbors we are friends with, I don't even know the rest of them!
