Well, i sincerely think that their toughts are very on countries that are on way to grow. Capitalist does not work on poor countries, cause it make richest the rich and poorest the poor. Maybe you don´t beleive these cause you may live on a rich country like Usa, but for me that i live on a poor country like Nicaragua, i realized that that kind of government stop our growing, so what can you say?

Socialism doesn't really work for poor countries either, at least not right away. It would put too much strain on the central government and it could collapse. But you are right. I think you have to take a case by case consideration and blend whatever aspects you need.
