He is also doing odd things like urinating in the lounge... or peeing his pants and not saying anything or taking the clothes off. im really worried. who do i take him to see, or what do i do/?

Hey i feel for you i have alittle boy that doesn't sleep well either and does some strange things, and i took him to our family dr, who in turn referred us to a pediatrician and he in turn tried to help and did somewhat then he reffered us to a phycoligist and well he is a reall god sent so give that a try and always keep in mind that things are just as hard on them as what you are feeling and you both need help.take care and good luck!

I have night terrors and nightmares and sleep paralysis. I have had them my whole life. Its something I can't control. I have never peed myself, and have never taken off my clothes. Check to see if there is a local sleep specialist in your area maybe.
