I my Mother Language if i am to say that i love i will say it like that
"Mujay app say muhabat hai"
and in panjabi
"Menu towaday nal payar ay"
so :) i hope you got it ;)
Mahal na Mahal Kita thats what my phil girl friend use to say to me :)

Aku Cinta Pada Mu~!
Aku Sayang Kamu~!
You can substitute Aku/Saya.. It means the same thing.. :)

Well I am English, so I guess I would say "I love you", but my partner is from Argentina,and we generally speak Spanish at home, so it would be "te amo" or "te quiero". I was bought up bi-lingual as my Mother was from Belarussia, so I guess you could add "? ???? ?????" to that too:-))

Saya Suka Kamu
Saya Sayang Kamu
Tiang Tresna Ragane
Unda handak Lawan Ikam
Saya Cinta Kamu
Oh that's all I know.. Still thousand words from different languange in my country that I dont know..

here is something I'd like to point out, Saya Cinta Kamu is close to the tagalog translation of Masaya ako sa iyo Sinta (Im Happy with you my love), it only proves some laguages have mother tongues right? Any ways here is my contribution of I love you in my tribal tongue of Iloggo (Hiligaynon= Ginagugma kita)
(Kinaray-ah= Ginapalangga kita)

i m from india and here i love you can be said in mre thn 50 ways since there are so many languages. howveer i ll tell you two of thm. first one in hindi it is said as "mujhe tumse pyar karti hun" and in marathi which is a regional language we say it as "mazha tujhya var prem aa hain"
