Do you have "Grey Income"? In china, it is very popular, and always been involved with corruption, in China, there are two words, "Part A", and "Part B", "Part A" means "buyer", "part B" means "provider", if you are "part A", you can always receive "Gery Incomes", beacuse you can get lots of vendors, they are always in cut-throat competition, so personal relationshiop is the most useful measure in their thoughts. So, this knid of "personal interests"" always create "Grey income". I am also a "Part A", but i have no "Grey income" until now, I think if i accept it, my career will turn to the other way, please remember , "Boss are not fool!"
