Do you give beggar money? I did it several years ago, but now i seldon do it, for I realised that i am always been cheated. I always see that lot of "beggar", in sabby clothes, but actually, they are not a real "beggar", they are always lazy, and like to "receice without paying their diligence", thay have hands, foots, and even strong stronger than me, but they like beg for money, which is the quickest way to make money in their mind. I belive a saying, "If a beggar ask you for a coin, give him a bread , if he ask for a bread, please give him a coin"!

Begging is illegal in my country, so I do not see beggars on the streets. But when I travel, especially to nearby countries, I do come across some beggars. This is especially so in Bangkok. These beggars look very genuine, and my heart pour out to them for the plight they are in. Some really deserve our pity, and the only way we can really help them as tourists is through our pockets. So I usually try and give them some money. I know in some countries, people take to begging because it is easier to get money begging on the streets than to work. Back to my country, my government doesn't encourage begging. If anyone is in need due to poor financial situation, they are referred to charity or welfare organisations where they can be helped. The estates' town councils can also consider requests for aid. Those who are financially poor are also encouraged to learn some skills and to try and get a job to earn a living, so that they can help themselves. If they really cannot work, the government and welfare organisations will try and help them in other ways possible.

Yes, in your country, the social charity system is perfect, but in China, not every prole can receive almsgiving from charity organization, and i always can't distinguish which is indeed needy. But if i come across a handicapped and lose living ability, i think it's true, and i will help them.
