We have this employee at work who is schedule to fly to Italy this coming July. He doesn't want to go but his parents is pressuring him. It was almost 10 years since the last time their son but due to their job they cannot go to Philippines so they ask to visit them in Italy instead. Under the circumstances he ain't have a choice but to agree with his parents requests. Unfortunately, he hs this litte problem that his parents don't know about. He has this fear of heights. Meaning he is afraid to board a plane and fly to Italy. So he came to me asking for tips on how he could overcome this fear of heights. Does anyone here used to have fear of heights? How did you overcame those fears? And guys, could you give me some infos on how to overcome fears of flying? Would highly appreciate your help. Thanks.

I think the only way to overcome it is to get used to it. He should try his best to face height.
Firstly, he should get some help like from you :) You try to keep him completely definitely undoutedly safe. Then you just help him to start from fifth floor maybe even lower to the top of a highrise. Let him look down out of a window while keep saying to him "You are completely safe and you should try to enjoy the nice scene from that height". :)
Good luck.
