Have you experienced stage fright?

lots of times. It usually happens back in collage when I have to report in front of my classmates. i hate that. However, because of it also..I gained enough self confidence to convey my thoughts to another person..but stage fright will always be a part of ritual for public presentation :)

hello friend lonely!!! i hope you happy now...not sad lol I do have lots of experiences in fact some shameful ones i have since my gradeschool to highschool years of my life.lol Each time i go up stage to perform even with a group really frightens me. It's because i use to lack self confidence and i was always afraid of being laughed for i might forget some lines or dance steps while performing. But i've learned that it's a matter of believing what i can do and accepting my imperfection. Though i always strive to perform at my best but mistakes are inevitable sometimes and we have to think that even professional performers are not that perfect also. Well, i guess that's all i can share for now. tc
