Forde's rejection to be Indian coach?

This mistake is of BCCI. BCCI should not have anounced the name of new coach. Now Mr. Forde is denying to join indian team. All renowned coaches know very well the interferance of BCCI and team members. Coach's role in indian cricket is just like puppet. A coach has to receive more suggestions than giving. Then what is the role of coach. We hire costly coach from abroad but the result is zero. Team performance in recent world cup has proved this. So there seems less role of cricket coach in indian team. In my opinion, we should hire indian coach only.
