I do some yoga to add a flexibility element to my fitness regime. Plus, it's relaxing.
Yoga burns calories, and can therefor help with weight loss. We lose weight when we burn more calories than we consume. It's not that any type of exercise necessarily promotes more weight loss than another. It all comes down to calories. I recommend a fitness program include cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, as well as flexibility training.

I read somewhere else that aerobic can also burn calories too. Which one burns calories more than the other ?
