Are you a pack rat or do you just throw away your stuff?

Are you a pack rat,who believes in storing things and finally leading to a big mess around the place or do you throw away things that you think would no longer serve you.
I'm for sure am not a pack rat and i cant imagine myself being one.lol.I throw away things i don't find useful.But my sister is a big one.She hates to discard her stuff and never throws them.It does create a lot mess around the house.Little does she realize that.She says that she stores them to recall back her memories. lol.Whatever.
So how about you? Are you a pack rat?

I only get things I need or know I'll want..or else think I can sell. When I no longer have a use for something I sell it, since it doesn't help the enviroment and is highly wasteful to simply throw things away.
I'm not the most organized person, but things are usually easily found. Even before I lost everything in the fire, now-a-days I like the same stuff..but I'm reluctant to buy anything. Because I think, what's the use? There's no gaurentee I can keep any of it, it'd be better for the stuff to be elsewhere..less waste in my mind.

Throwing away things needed harm the environment unless its plastic.The other can be disposed,recycled or even extirpated.I understand what you mean by the latter part but it did sound tad cynical.

I've been in a dark mood for the past couple days, ^_^ it's hard not to be grumpy or a tad cynical lol..and from my experience most people toss out things which most people'd be grateful for, so even if it's biodegradable..I still go, "Blegh..*twitch*" lol

I will give away over throw away but I dont like to store stuff unlike my husband who will store everything and anything. Its a real problem here I will give something away to find it back in the shed by morning. I have even gone through my clothes to find them back in my cupboard. Its a real pain and yes causes a real mess.
