Convert NTSC Video files to PAL

I tried to create a DVD with video clips collected from internet. I first created a PAL project but when I tried to add some video clips (WMV or AVI format) the software rejected it saying file is NTSC. How can I convert NTSC files (WMV or AVI format) to PAL?.
