what is easier..gaining wieght or losing weight?

i ws alwyz thin since the time i remember. i hv tries n tries n tries to put on wieight but somhw it seems lik a distant dream. so i feel atleast 4 me to put on weight is a difficult issue.

I guess then u are like me. Even u must be having a very high metabolism rate. Only difference is that i have never tried to gain weight ...that seriously...But its danger for both of us..as in the future we are bound to gain weight automatically

hi everyone! im into wellness industry. Honestly it's easier to deal with lose weight problem than gain weight... Basically for lose weight clients can notice the effect in a little as one week but for gain weight clients in as early as 3 weeks time.

I have become fat thrice in 5 years.I think losing weight is a very difficult task.

losing weight is easy only if you find the right way for you personally to do it, at a time when you are ready to do it. Gaining weight depends on the situation! If you are someone with an overweight problem, you will find it really easy to gain weight, however as someone with an underweight problem it is extremely hard to put weight on - in many cases I think this is the hardest situation to be in.

It's easier for me to gain weight than it is to lose weight. I often gain weight without trying, and I don't have to eat anything extra to do it.

gaining weight - you just have to eat your heart out until you feel like vomiting from fullness, then eat ice cream right before you sleep. very, very easy right? whereas when you want to lose weight, you will pray to all the gods that you can think for you to be able to control your eating and for you to have the patience with exercising.
losing weight, definitely, is harder. ;-)

Well for me ...gaining weight is absolutely difficult with the very fast and high metabolism rate of my body. I'll lose weight very easily..even if i end up eating continuously for 2 full days. I guess many of the ppl in the world wud prefer to have my state right now ...and i m happy the way i m ;)

Gaining is easy. Eat a piece of cake and I've gained 5 pounds. To loose the 5 pounds, I've have to walk a mile, drink a lot of water, and eat diet food for two weeks.
