I use to manage depression, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise, it will help you balance and handle depression.

Depression is a condition of lacking mental health of a person. The actual cause of depression is not known by now. Its early symptoms are unusual suspecting and inferiority complex, unduely speaking, reacting unreasonably to simple faults of others and always negetively reacting to close persons. for me, depression makes you feel like you are inside a dark box.

this is how I view depression.
you sometimes get weepy and have no reason why.
you dont feel like getting dressed or getting yourself to your normal way, do your hair put your make up, and stuff.
You dont feel like being round people. But yes go and get some help find a good counselling help line or speak to a friend, share your feelings with some body it may help you realise what is bringing your feelings of lowness.

For me Depression is a mental state when we are not in a position to accept our normal life normally,that is in a depressed state we cant count or think all the happenings of our day to day life easily whether it is good or bad. So it comes to existence when there is some mental pressure in our thinking due to various reasons. The most important is unsatisfied mental condition. To me.. the more you expect from life the more chances to entangle yourself in depression.You might have desire but you should not solely depend on your desire. You should have sporting mentality that you might win or lose in any field of life and accept the negative result generously . Then there will be lesser chance of depression in our life. Our desire to get more or greeds sometimes becomes the cause of our depression. But there might be lots of reasons for depression.But if we think we will find the inner cause of depression lies in our unsatisfied desire which plays havoc to our mental status resulting depression and other mental illness.So fix your goal but expect less ,work hard with positive note and think you are the happiest man with your present condition in the world.If you maintain this oath I bet ..you will never be in depression in life.
