any one have any idea how to increase breast milk????

well, i had a breast reduction sometime ago and i have had no success in breast feeding either one of my kids now, but i hae one on the way and want to know how to increase my milk so that i can breast feed the new baby when he/she gets here. my last child (girl) has so many eczema, ashma, and is allergic to everything under the sun, what can i do naturally to increase my breast milk and keep this from being a cycle of alergies, eczema and allergic reactions for the new baby?
