Buddy can you spare a dime?

On a busy street, you're approached by a man who is well-dressed, looking very sophisticated, hair neatly coifed, etc. He approaches you and tells you he has forgotten his wallet, and asks you for a dollar for the subway. Do you give it to him?
What if the stranger was dressed in rags, was haggard-looking and somewhat dirty...would you give a dollar to him?

Seriously i won't give a dollar to both of them , that is partly because if i don't have a dollar , how do i give them lol
