My goal is to post at least 50 high quality discussions daily. But, realistically, it's possible that I will run out of things to talk about before I reach my daily goal.
So, what do you want to talk about? Which types of discussions would you like to see?
What would you like me to post about next?
Would you like for me to post more discussions on life in general, celebrity gossip, Britney goof-ups, soap operas, frugal money saving tips, Internet marketing tips, etc.?
Let me know.

try to post topics based on your interest and whats in your head. with these you can easily related to the topic and make the discussion healthy.
discuss things that make you think, make you happy, make you sad, etc. post some interesting facts you know.

p/s.. my goal is 80++ post per day..hehe. it takes me about 5 hours.. LOL.. so tired sitting infront of the computer.

WOW you must have alot of time in which to do that. I barely have enough time to respond to all my friends. I also will definitely run out of things to chat about.
I cannot see how you would do that. But good luck and I will keep a look out for your discussions posted.

Thanks for saying so.
While some people like responding to discussions, I prefer to start high quality discussions. Someone has to, right? I'm just so sick of seeing the same old warmed over junk circulating.
I look forward to seeing your replies on future discussions.

I think that is a great goal you have set for yourself. I find the discussions which tend to get the most responses are those which are about just everyday occurrences, and little things that people typically wonder about. Just those things that usually leave you thinking during the day, but then you tend to forget about them.
That is my strategy anyways. It tends to lead to some good discussions and conversations.
cheers,

Thank you for understand my question and responding with a relevant answer!
I know that some people may have misunderstood me and thought I was asking them to give me their ideas...but not at all! I would never ask for anyone else's ideas.
I wanted to generally know the broad topics that My Lot members would be interested in responding to, such as money making (as you mentioned) or others. And, you did just that. So thankyou! Thankyou! Thankyou! This gives me a better direction to go.
I will do some more research on the subject of money saving and money making and start posting relevant discussions that hopefully everyone will be interested in responging to.
Thanks again.

Relationship topics are my favorite and always draw a big response for me. I'll try to do at least ten of those daily. You're always welcom to drop by my future discussions and give your view.

I guess my answer to that would be, if I knew that I would be posting the discussions myself. LOL! You may notice I don't start a whole lot of discussions, that is because I can never think of anything to talk about. I'm not going to start a discussion on one of the soap operas I watch (though I have been known to), but if someone else does I will respond.

I'd give you suggestions, but frankly I'm disappointed and tapped out--it's hard to get people to respond to in-depth topics, so again and again with the trivial and people asking the same questions over and over again.

Why not respond to some discussions? I am trying to get 50 posts a day, but most of them will be responses until I have gone over the ones I started and did the plus and minus thing, plus the short comments. Since I do not get paid for them, I will do them on Sunday. If you plan to start discussions, do it on something that interests you or concerns you, not just gossip or something you think we might like. That is a fallacy that everyone is interested in a certain movie star and you write about him or her when perhaps you are not interested in him or her. So find out your interests, and do those.

When I first began here at Mylot, I could post on at least twenty-five topics a day. Now I'm lucky if I can find ten that I can relate to. I like discussing movies, books, parenting issues, relationship issues, household hints, great cooking ideas and recipes, religion and ethics. I really have to search hard to find topics that peak my interest. As for starting discussions, I try to begin at least one a day, but I myself am running out of ideas.

Honestly, I can't imagine how you could post 50 discussions every day for any length of time. I think if you want people to continue t reply to your discussions, it is only good policy to respond to other people's discussions as well.

You also don't necessarily only have to make discussions. I once replied to 50 discussions and I received almost an entire dollar (a couple cents short)! I haven't been able to do it again because of timing issues or if I have enough time the discussions don't interest me as much.
I actually don't make many discussions, I mostly just spend my myLot time replying and I usually get 40-60 cents a day, depending on how many posts. Though to be honest I have no idea if that amount is good or not! Lol.
Good luck! =)

I've done five or ten Paris in Jail posts and they are really popular. Hopefully, I could keep posting about random stuff she is doing after she gets out of jail.
Your post has given me the best ideas.
Thanks for your input. Hope to see you at my future discussions.

i think you have set yourself an unrealistic goal. i could inderstand you wanting to respond to that many discussion, but to create your own is expecgting too much. Nobody can come up with that many worthwhile discussions every single day. You would run out of things to talk about SO fast. Just keep yourself to havcing the goal of making well thought out discssions and don't tell yourself how many to make.

It sounds like you are aiming to please. Well don't accept to please yourself. You can stive to please others but it will never be satisfying to you. If you please yourself you will be happy and satisfied that you did the best you can and posted the discussions you felt ot post. Basicly people are here to earn money but also to read on a variety of things. That is basic knowledge so you go with that but do what you please.

rather than posting 50 new topics daily try to give a very good 50 responses.
as far as posting a new discussion is considered there should not be a limit or target for it.
start as many discussion as u can, but see that they are meaningful

Why not try responding to other discussions. It will help a lot. U will sure to get more topics there itself.
