gym or insurance ?

i've got a dilemma here...could you suggest me which one is better ? i love sports, but i never do sports again(around 2 years)...my body isn't good now... :( my friend offer me an insurance + investment in another situation, i want to do a gym. gym is cheaper than insurance + investment
