How to introduce your self?

that's simple. just make it as interesting and first of all tell your name, and the name that you want others to call you. mention your age, tell your classmates whre your hometown and whre did you study before get in university. you can also talk about your interest and hobbies to make it interesting. the most important is you have to be confident. try to be friendly. don't be too shy. mix around with everyone. hope you enjoy your university life. :)

When I was still in college, or even in High school, the first day of the class is started with introduction. I introduced myself informally to my seatmates first then as classes go on I have a chance to meet other of my classmates by asking questions or favors during the class.
