Well I really love eating and there are a lot of foods which I like - mentioning everything here might eat up a lot of space!!
But my real favorite is the adobo - a delicacy made here in the Philippines. It can be pork, chicken, beef, or even carabao (but I like pork best). It is salty-sweet food cooked using soy sauce, vinegar, laurel leaves, peppercorns and many more spices. It may also be cooked with pineapples and either way, it's really perfect!!!

I am a non vegetarian guy.......normally prefer it over everything else. And so chicken is by far best for me than anything else. Breakfast goes off with the eggs. And then the lunch and dinner are chicken only....but yea i like different combinations with it....like bread or rice.

"Appam" with mutton stew is my favorite....'appam' is similar to pancake i guess....and sorry i don't know a thing about its cooking
