well its an atomated system installed on this forum, thats all i can tell you, this hole forum is made from espx as if you see at your address bar you will see .aspx, i dont know about aspx, i know about php but i think aspx is advance than PHP! hopefully you should understand.

Ya dude...luckily i m a student of IT myself. So i know abt aspx infact i maybe learning it in my next sem. I guess i sorta came to know what i wanted to know anyway...so thanks a lot man ..

It is the equivalent of your reputation here/performance here, the more you provide contributive posts, the more higher you're star gets. But that is in a certain amount of period or time, depends on how other's rate you too.
You'll get your star as soon as you reach 100 posts, so try to make the best from it!;)
