I always wanted to travel when I was a child. Apart from trips to out next door country France I had to wait until I was 14 when I went to Greece with my mum. Then I went to the Netherlands with a friend when I was 17. I worked in Finland as a children's nanny when I was 18. Then I took an Inter Rail journey alone around Europe. When I was 19 I had my first taste of Africa, visiting Tunisia and of the Caribbean, visiting St Lucia. Then I had a winter trip to Germany, Austria and Switzerland when I was 20. Next I took off around the world for a year with a working holiday visa for Australia when I was 20.
I got married to an Australian when I was 22. We had some lovely trips together. I went to Belgium, Spain and Italy. Then I had a trip to Malta followed by a trip to the Czech republic, Slovakia and Poland. I had the holiday of a lifetime when I went to Kenya to go on a wildlife safari. I had a really exciting trip to Israel and Jordan. I had another trip to Germany and Austria.
In 2000 I went to Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. I had the most amazing trip to New Zealand taking in the sights of the USA, French Polynesia, Cook Islands and Samoa. In 2003 I went to Croatia, Montenegro and Slovenia. 2004 was exciting with trips to Turkey and the Seychelles. Wow! What a lovely place. In 2005 I had a trip to the Maldives. 2006 was lovely with trips to Mexico, Belize, Guatemala, Romania and Bulgaria.
